These are preliminary plans that are in the approval process by the Surfwood Architectural Review Committee, designed specifically for this lot.

The plans are designed to fit nicely with and maximize the use of this property, with great attention to the greatest benefit of those ocean and headlands views.

These plans are extremely nicely done with a special attention to the flow of living, storage, and integration of usable space. They are conceived by the owners with universal access in mind and show a highly desirable living space - better pictures of the plans to follow very soon.

There are numerous exquisite touches - such as the open flow of living, dining and kitchen areas, glass panels on the decks, a water feature that flows from the top of the property under the bridge between garage and house - that make this home a modern California charmer!

The master bedroom focuses on the spectacular views and is set apart from the rest of the house - separated by a hobby room, which could also easily be used as an office. Of special note is the dual closet and sink areas - separated: one for him, one for her - just off the master bedroom with a pass-through chute for the laundry; what a great idea!
